However, this right does not apply to ingestible supplements. We cannot accept returns of drinkable collagen products due to quality control and health and safety concerns.
We take great care in producing our collagen products, and we cannot restock food products once they have left our control.
We will accept returns of other products if they are returned in their original condition and packaging. We will also accept returns if we have processed your order incorrectly or failed to action your request.
